Perspective is anchored in an assessment of team resilience and effectiveness developed by renowned Occupational Psychologist Kathryn McEwen and validated in over 150 Universities and 4,000 organisations globally.

Team members complete the assessment, and the results are shared transparently.  This enables all team members to have a clear idea of the team's strengths and weakness, as well as understand the range of different views within the team.
