Background

Shell is one of the largest multinational energy companies in the world.  It operates in all areas of the energy sector, including oil, natural gas, and renewable energy. Shell is involved in various aspects of energy production, refinement, distribution, and sales.  Participating teams are spread across London, The Hague, and Kuala Lumpur.  As is often the case in culturally diverse groups, before they used Perspective, some voices were typically heard more loudly than others.
